Well, my name is Anthony Ayers, but some know me as Tony. I am a chef and love the sport of racing and everything about it! I have two wonderful children. My son, Dallas is 11 and my daughter Ivy who is 3 plus a very supportive girlfriend Dana, whom I adore!
I am a native of Charleston, Illinois and a townie for sure. I used to work at the local track for 3 seasons with my good friend Joe and it was one of the best experiences ever. I was known as the "Hitch Bitch" on the wrecker and we had lots of great times and met lots of good people.
I have been to many tracks, both local and distant such as Talladega with my friends David and Ronnie, as well as the 500 with my buddy Casey and his father. So I looked around and got to thinking...why not combine my passions into one venture? So I started Dirtsauces with the support of my family and friends and the rest is history...
